How can I help support 4d2.org?

The quickest and easiest way to support us to donate to help offset our costs. As of early 2026, our parent organization, All Computers Are Brilliant Inc., operates at a loss each month, and our directors cover the gap using their personal funds. We rely on support from the general public to keep our services free for everyone who's able to benefit from them. We especially appreciate supporters who are able to donate a few dollars each month; this ongoing support is a critical lifeline for us.

If you have experience with any of the following and would like to volunteer with us, please reach out to board@acabinc.org. We'd love to hear from you.

• Supporting/operating any of the software we currently use
• Supporting/operating a new software product that you think could be a good fit for us
• Linux/UNIX systems administration
• Internet networking (maintaining routers, firewalls, BGP sessions, etc.)
• Moderating/managing a busy online community
• Graphic design, public relations, or technical writing
• Distributing literature at events in your local community (street fairs, buy-nothing groups, etc.)
• Nonprofit grant writing
