What are your uptime/support guarantees, SLAs, etc.?
In a word: non-existent. Please keep in mind that we are a free service run entirely by volunteer labor, and set your expectations accordingly. We do the best we can to maintain the availability of our services and generally have an excellent uptime record, but we can't make any promises of this nature to you.
