How do I report a problem Matrix user?

If the user is on another Matrix server, or is merely being obnoxious to you, your best option is simply to block or ignore that user. You can also use the report button in your Matrix client to bring them to our attention.

If a user is violating our Code of Conduct in a room that we moderate, tag an admin or moderator in the room to bring the issue to their attention.

If a 4d2.org Matrix user is violating our Terms of Service, you can use our online form to report them to us as a last recourse. If we find that they have violated the ToS, their account will be deactivated.
