Does 4d2.org have access to the documents I store in CryptPad?

No. All encryption, decryption, and handling of your password is done entirely on the client side. From our perspective, your documents are encrypted blobs that we have no ability to read.

This also means that we can't help you if you lose or forget your CryptPad password, or (if you have two-factor authentication enabled) your 2FA token. In this case, you will lose access to all of your documents. For your safety, ensure that you're using a reliable password manager like Bitwarden (or our free alternative, Vaultwarden).
